Yes. Your athlete account is free and independent. You can train on your own programs, log every session, and keep your completed training history whether or not you work with a coach.
Your account and your completed training history stay with you. What ends is the continuing coaching service — future plans, prescriptions, and reporting from that coach. The work you’ve already recorded doesn’t disappear.
Coaching plans apply to the organization you manage, separately from your athlete account. The app confirms your eligible coaching setup before purchase.
Only active coaching relationships count toward the plan’s athlete limit. Former and inactive athletes don’t. All authorized staff in the same organization are included at no extra charge.
Monthly and annual cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues through the period already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund.
