The athlete owns the record.
Every program, logged session and personal best becomes part of one continuous training history. Keep it when you change coaches. Download a portable copy when you need it.
From the first serious session to the next competitive season. Connect the plan, the work and the people behind it — with a training record that belongs to the athlete.
Athlete accounts are free. Your record stays yours.
01 · The foundation
Coaches change. Teams change. Your work should keep adding up. AthleticPeak Pro carries your history forward, so the next chapter starts with context.
Every program, logged session and personal best becomes part of one continuous training history. Keep it when you change coaches. Download a portable copy when you need it.
Connect a coach through an accepted invitation. Share the training context they need, while personal notes stay private unless you choose to share them.
The coaching relationship can end. Your history continues.
02 · The opportunity
Two public pages. Two different opportunities. Help a potential coach understand an athlete’s progress, or help an athlete find the right coaching relationship.
For high-school and college athletes: put selected accomplishments, results and highlight links in one clean page to share with potential coaches and recruiters. Show what you can do, with control over what becomes public.
Explore your athlete pageFor independent coaches and coaching staff: bring your background, credentials, specialties and availability together. Give interested athletes a clear way to understand your approach and request coaching.
Explore your coach pageClarity matters at every stage. For developing athletes and the families supporting them, public visibility and coaching access are different choices. A public profile does not make the private training record public. For athletes 13 and older.
03 · The daily work
A clear session for the athlete. A truthful record for the coach. The plan and the results stay connected, even when the day doesn’t go to plan.
Follow one of 21 programs, receive training from your coach, or use Open Training. Different ways to train, all contributing to the same record.

What was planned. What was completed. What comes next.
04 · The coaching workspace
For a head coach setting direction, assistants delivering sessions, and an organization coordinating people: structure around the team, without losing the athlete inside it.
Organize your roster into groups. Assign training to one athlete or many. Review individual results in the context of the work each athlete actually received.
Explore the coaching workspaceStaff capabilities follow their role and access.
Reusable workouts and multi-week Training Plans, with a separate assignment and training record for each athlete.
Roster search, group filters and multi-select make team actions easier without exposing athletes’ records to one another.
Coach–athlete messaging, announcements and shared notes keep useful context connected to the training.
Team calendars
Practice times, competitions and special events belong beside the training. Give athletes a clear view of what’s coming from their team, and help parents plan around it.
Athletes can see team events beside their program workouts in week or month view. Show everything together, filter the view, or select a day for times, locations and full details.
See the athlete calendarConnect a Google Calendar or Apple iCal subscription link and keep managing events there. AthleticPeak Pro imports updates automatically on a schedule. Coaches can also create individual events in the app.
How calendar sync worksShare a private subscription link so parents and athletes can follow team events in their own calendar app. Personal workouts stay out of that shared feed.
Set up a subscriptionImported events sync one way into AthleticPeak Pro. Refreshes are scheduled, not instant; subscribed calendar apps control their own update timing.

Build the plan. Do the work.
Choose programming for your current goal, then keep the completed work in the same training history when you move to another cycle.
For percentage-based strength programs, your maxes determine working weights. Inputs and progression depend on the program.
Full and Focus views support different ways of working through a session. Planned work and logged work remain distinct.
Use Open Training, create a workout, or return to saved workouts without needing to start a new program.
Pause, resume, shift your schedule, or end a program early while preserving completed work.
One run or a whole workout.
Combine warm-up, multiple runs, interval repetitions and cool-down in one session. Record distance, time and effort with phone-friendly controls. Focus View keeps one repetition in front of you, with stopwatch, countdown and recovery timing.
Save a runner workout before or after completing it. Load its ordered blocks, repetitions, distance and time targets, recovery and timer settings into a fresh session. Previous results and private notes stay with the original run.
Review sessions in History and running trends in Progress and Load. Recorded work contributes to your totals; planned targets and skipped repetitions do not count as completed training.
One record, across every chapter.
Changing a training plan does not replace the athlete’s history. Coaches view connected information through their authorized access.
Movement-level history and personal records give context beyond a single training cycle.
Review training trends using the records you have entered. Planned volume and completed volume are separate views of the work.
Program Reports connect a finished training cycle with its logged work and progress.
Review recorded performance results and available benchmarks. Test protocol and reference context matter when comparing results.
A clearer starting point for today.
These are self-reported observations. They add context to training rather than measuring medical fitness or guaranteeing performance.
Individual signals retain their original scales. Missing check-ins are not presented as measured data.
See scheduled sessions, overdue work, current programs, and recent activity without navigating through every training section.
A connected view of the athlete’s work.
Coach views bring relevant training and progress information together within the coach’s granted access.
Use the coaching workflow to organize training while athletes continue logging in their own accounts.
Organization and staff workflows support shared coaching responsibilities. Available capabilities depend on role and access.
Communicate with your coach or athletes and use shared notes for coaching context. Verify your mobile number and opt in to coaching-message SMS in Settings → Notifications. Email and text preferences are separate; read and reply in the app. Personal notes remain private unless explicitly shared.
Athletes can send a private introduction. Coaches can reply, approve, decline, or block further requests in Coaching Requests.

Point your camera at an unfamiliar machine to find matching exercises.
The external ChatGPT/Claude connection is a controlled, read-only pilot for approved testers. It uses recorded completed workouts and authorized coaching summaries. Notes, readiness, bodyweight, edits and messaging are excluded. Check AI Assistant in the app for availability; program import has a separate preview and review workflow.

Curate an optional public page with a personal URL. It is separate from your private training record.
A public coach page brings your background, specialties, links, and coaching request action together.
Coaching access begins with an accepted invitation and ends when the athlete removes the coach. The athlete’s record continues.

Coordinate the team. Preserve the individual.
Head coaches and assistants work within organization and staff workflows. Available capabilities follow role and access.
Use coach-side groups such as Varsity, JV or Sprinters. Athletes can belong to multiple groups; groups do not expose athletes to one another.
Each athlete receives their own invitation. Coaching access begins when the athlete accepts.
Assign a built-in program, saved workout, custom workout, Training Plan or Rest Day. Each athlete receives their own assignment.
Combine reusable workouts and Rest Days into multi-week Training Plans. Existing assigned prescriptions stay intact when a reusable template changes.
Manage future workouts, Rest Days and Training Plan schedules, or use Program Pause & Shift. Completed work remains in the record.
The schedule connects coaches, athletes and parents.
Coaches choose teams, groups or individual athletes as the audience. Athletes use All, Workouts or Team events in week and month views, then select a date for complete details.
Connect a supported iCal or ICS feed from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Updates flow one way into AthleticPeak Pro on a schedule, usually roughly 25–30 minutes apart. Continue editing imported and recurring events in the source calendar.
A coach creates a private subscription link for a calendar. Parents and athletes add it to a compatible calendar app; personal workouts are excluded. Anyone holding the link can read its events, so share it only with the intended audience. Coaches can reset or disable it. The receiving app controls refresh timing.
Open Calendars in the shared coach organization bar to add, import, manage or sync calendars. Create individual events with times, locations and a team time zone. Staff permissions apply to the selected audience.
